Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. International orders may incur taxes or import duties like VAT. These are included in the order when checkout.

How can I track my order status?

You’ll receive an email notification from us once your order has been shipped. This email will include a carrier tracking number you can use to check on your order. It can take up to 48 hours for your tracking info to show up.

Can I change my delivery address?

We understand that you may need to amend your delivery addresses, for cases like this, some couriers have a self-service option that allows you to do this. If this option is available to you, it’ll be included in the tracking information sent to you when your order’s left the warehouse. If the option isn’t available on your tracking link, then the courier doesn’t have the ability to do this. Unfortunately, nomikha aren’t able to amend the delivery address of your order once it’s been placed and shipped.

If you input the incorrect address at checkout, nomikha can not be held accountable if the order goes missing. We are not liable to refund/replace your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once your order has been processed, it can not be cancelled as it is already on it's way to being shipped.

Why is my payment not going through?

If you are seeing an error upon entering your credit card information we suggest to look for the following issues possible:

1) The credit card numbers you entered is incorrect, including the security code 2) The name, billing address and zip code you enter upon checkout is not matching the name on your credit card billing statement 3) You do not have sufficient funds in your account (debit card). If you are still having problems, you can try via PayPal.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay and PayPal.

Can I return my order for a refund?

Returns are applicable only for US orders. International orders are final sale. Please email [email protected] and provide your full name, order number and reason for your return and we’d be happy to assist you in the manner.
